The History of ELMIS
Emilia L. Malabanan Integrated School (ELMIS) emerged as a beacon of educational opportunity in response to the fervent commitment of the Department of Education to serve the entire community within Barangay Malabanan. Nestled strategically between the two distinct sitios of Sampalocan and Saimsim in the eastern reaches of Barangay Malabanan, ELMIS stands as an oasis of learning, approximately 8-9 kilometers away from the bustling city.
